1. SHIPPING
- FREE shipping to the Peninsula, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands. For orders less than €30, the cost is €4.50.

Lola Guarch ships nationwide and internationally. Once we have received your payment, your order will be sent as soon as possible. fast as possible. Once the shipment has been made, you will immediately receive a confirmation via email.
At Lola Guarch we deliver to the entire peninsula with the parcel services of MRW 48h or Correos Express. In the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands, shipping will be made with Correos. Packages must only be signed by the recipient.
If you are not at the address indicated on the package, at the time of delivery, the courier service will return once again, contact the telephone number you have provided or leave a delivery note with instructions on where you can pick up the package and sign for the delivery.
If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the Lola Guarch customer service department (email customer service maguarch@gmail.com). Extra postal shipping charges and possible non-national taxes that are not included, and that may be applied in the location of delivery of your order, will be the responsibility of the customer and will be beyond the control of Lola Guarch
2. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
CHANGES
We accept size changes and changes due to manufacturing defects during the 14 days following the shipment of the items. All of our products are carefully handmade, however, from time to time defects may arise in a product.
Once we have received the returned item(s), a new one with the correct size will be sent to you. Returned items must be in the condition they were originally delivered, unused, and in original condition. Lola Guarch will not accept any damaged, used, worn or broken items.
All shipping costs for product exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event that the product was delivered with damage. In this eventuality, Lola Guarch would assume the shipping costs. We recommend using the Correos certified mail service because it is a secure and economical system.
RETURNS
If upon receiving the order the European Union customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they have 14 days to return it in its original packaging, counting from the date the order was shipped.
As soon as the quality team receives the product and ensures that it is in perfect condition, with the original label and without symptoms of having been used, it will proceed to refund the amount in the same way as payment that the order was placed, within a maximum period of 14 days.
Returns are not accepted for personalized products.
Lola Guarch reserves the right to reject changes or returns communicated or sent outside the established deadline, or products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.

Returned items must be sent (expenses borne by the customer) through some courier service or certified mail to the address provided by Lola Guarch after accepting the exchange.
